Overview
Intrepid Global are seeking reliable and skilled Bus Drivers to join our team working in Potters Bar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and customer service, ensuring that passengers are transported efficiently and comfortably. This role requires excellent communication skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to maintain a positive attitude while driving.

Duties

• Safely operate a bus, ensuring the safe transport of passengers to their destinations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and any incidents that occur during transit.
• Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information about routes and schedules.
• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting from the bus, particularly those with disabilities or special needs.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving, prioritising safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driving licence PCV And CPC.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations while providing exceptional customer service.
• A clean driving record with no major violations is preferred. (no more than 6points)
• must have transportation or be local to the surrounding areas of potters bar.

PAYE Only - No LTD drivers

Weekly Pay

20 per hour, slight pay rise after 3 months of consistent work.
