Chef de Partie Requirements:

• Experience in running a kitchen section independently.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• A proven track record of maintaining high standards in food quality and presentation.
• A deep passion for the culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.

Chef de Partie Responsibilities:

• Manage your own section, ensuring all dishes are executed to the highest standards.
• Contribute to the training and development of the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.

The successful Chef de Partie will receive:
