Our client is a specialist provider of support services for adults with Autism and complex needs. They empower individuals to live independently, with dignity and purpose, while providing high-quality, person-centred care.

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Multi-Site Service Manager to oversee three supported living services in Wembley. All services are located on the same street and are supported by a dedicated Deputy Manager in each location.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about supporting individuals with Autism and who thrives in a fast-paced, values-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage three established Supported Living services nearby
  • Supervise and support Deputy Managers and front-line staff
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality care tailored to individual needs
  • Promote independence and quality of life for residents
  • Manage staff performance, development, and training
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations Lead to continuously improve service delivery
  • Handle incidents of challenging behaviour with a calm, professional, and resilient approach

Essential Requirements

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience managing a residential or supported living service
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting individuals with Autism
  • Proven experience managing behaviours that challenge
  • Manual UK Driving Licence (essential for occasional use of the house vehicle)

Desirable:

  • Degree in Psychology or a related field

Experience:

  • Autism Support: 2 years (required)
  • Service Management: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
