Our client is currently seeking an experienced Multi-Site Service Manager to oversee three supported living services in Wembley. All services are located on the same street and are supported by a dedicated Deputy Manager in each location.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage three established Supported Living services nearby
- Supervise and support Deputy Managers and front-line staff
- Ensure delivery of high-quality care tailored to individual needs
- Promote independence and quality of life for residents
- Manage staff performance, development, and training
- Work collaboratively with the Operations Lead to continuously improve service delivery
- Handle incidents of challenging behaviour with a calm, professional, and resilient approach
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing a residential or supported living service
- At least 2 years of experience supporting individuals with Autism
- Proven experience managing behaviours that challenge
- Manual UK Driving Licence (essential for occasional use of the house vehicle)
Desirable:
- Degree in Psychology or a related field
