Are you a detail-driven, Level 4 qualified Paraplanner seeking your next step in a collaborative and highly professional financial planning environment?

We are a high-performing boutique wealth management firm with a strong reputation for delivering bespoke, comprehensive financial advice to high-net-worth clients. As part of our continued growth, we're looking to add a committed and capable Paraplanner to our close-knit team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing end-to-end paraplanning support to a select group of private clients

  • Preparing compliant advice reports, recommendation letters, and suitability documentation

  • Attending client meetings alongside advisers and drafting detailed file notes

  • Creating and presenting cashflow models using Voyant

  • Handling complex financial calculations (e.g. pension carry forward, IHT, CGT)

  • Conducting research and due diligence to support planning strategies

  • Supporting advisers with annual review meeting prep and follow-up

  • Collaborating with the admin team and mentoring trainee paraplanners

  • Staying up to date through regular CPD and internal training

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a paraplanning role, ideally more

  • Level 4 qualified (Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent)

  • Strong working knowledge of Voyant, Xplan, and the Microsoft Office suite

  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and organised with strong written communication skills

  • Comfortable liaising directly with clients and providers

  • A positive, team-focused attitude and a genuine interest in financial planning
