Nursery Assistant (Qualified or Unqualified) - Portsmouth

Prospero Teaching are seeking to appoint a number of aspiring nursery assistants in welcoming and supportive nurseries and preschools across Portsmouth, Fareham and Chichester. We are looking for fantastic staff, dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children.

As a Nursery Assistant, you will:

• Assist in the planning and implementation of activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of children.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
• Support children with their daily routines, including meals, naps, and toileting.
• Maintain a clean and organised environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.

CONTRACT DETAILS
Location - Portsmouth (PO2)
Position - Nursery Assistant (Qualified or Unqualified)
Contract or position start date - ASAP
Full time/part time - Full time
Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate GBP13.96 per hour
Hours Vary (working hours between 08:00 - 17:00)

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
