My client is looking for an IT Systems Engineer, who will be responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd line technical support across approved hardware and software systems, ensuring efficient resolution of escalated technical issues. They are a fast-growing business so need someone who has the ability to work to a high level in a fast-paced environment. Training and development will provided for this role, although they are looking for someone who has a solid understanding of the role to begin with.

Duties/ Skills:

• Supporting and administering Microsoft client operating systems
• Managing Active Directory (including Group Policies)
• Handling user account administration
• Onboarding/offboarding processes
• Device enrolment
• Configure and maintain network printers, wireless devices, and mobile technologies
• Managing Office 365 administration
• Overseeing patch management across servers, desktops, and Mac devices
• You will assist with complex troubleshooting involving hardware, software, and network-related issues
• IT hardware,
• Basic LAN/WAN networking,
• Practical experience supporting Office 365 services including Exchange and Teams
• Azure Cloud
• SQL
• IP telephony systems
• Service Desk
• Desktop Support experience
