Behaviour Mentor

• Support students on a 1:1 or small group basis with behaviour management and emotional regulation

• Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to implement behaviour intervention strategies

• Act as a positive role model and mentor to students, helping to build self-esteem and motivation

• Assist in de-escalating challenging situations in a calm, professional manner

• Contribute to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive school environment

• Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs (school, youth work, coaching, etc.)

• Calm, patient, and confident in managing behaviour positively

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive and flexible approach to working in a school environment

• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people to succeed

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
