Job Role: Assistant Contracts Manager

Area: Kent & London

Salary: £35k - £45k

PW Construction Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Flooring Contracts Manager to join our client's team, covering Kent and London.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career and transition away from on-site tools. You'll work closely with the Managing Director, gradually taking on responsibility for contracts and eventually managing projects independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to oversee flooring contracts.
  • Support the management of projects from inception to completion.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Previous experience in the flooring industry is essential.
  • Client Management: A background in managing client relationships is advantageous.
  • Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ambition: A proactive individual looking to grow into a full Contracts Manager role.
