This all-girls Catholic school in Westcliff-on-Sea, ranked in the top 20% of schools in the country, are looking to appoint a dedicated and committed Science Teacher to work in a friendly and supportive Science department on a permanent basis. Working in this Secondary School as part of an established team, the desired Science Teacher will be planning and delivering lessons up to A-Level. This is an excellent opportunity for a Science Teacher who is seeking a school with excellent behaviour and supportive SLT. Requirements

The desired Science Teacher will;

• Be able to create a safe and positive learning environment.
• Be responsible for assessing students against learning outcomes and ensuring all groups of students make progress.
• Be able to ensure that all groups of students at all key stages are appropriately challenged and supported to achieve their very best.
• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire students to explore their creativity and improve their critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Have a good knowledge of the UK Curriculum.
• PGCE in Science with QTS and right to work in the UK.
• Suitable for ECTs!
