Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Develop and implement individualised learning plans to meet the specific needs of each student.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote student success.
• Monitor and report on student progress, adapting strategies as needed to optimize learning outcomes.
• Foster a supportive and understanding environment that encourages student engagement and participation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in mentoring, teaching, or a related field.
