Mechanical Supervisor

SOS Group are currently seeking for a experienced Mechanical Supervisor in Surrey Quays. This role requires a strong background in mechanical systems, with specific expertise in plumbing, drainage, and dry riser systems.

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical works on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.

• Oversee subcontractors and tradespeople involved in plumbing and drainage installations.

• Manage the installation, inspection, and testing of dry riser systems.

• Maintain daily site records and report progress to the project manager.

• Ensure works are completed to schedule and specification.

• Uphold health and safety standards across all activities.

• PTS (Personal Track Safety)

• CSCS Card

• SSSTS or SMSTS certification (Site Supervisor/Site Manager Safety Training Scheme)

• Proven experience supervising mechanical works, particularly plumbing/drainage and dry risers

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and method statements

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Location: Surrey Quays

• Rate: £33 per hour

• Hours: 07 30 (9-hour days)

• Contract Duration: 4 6 months
