We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our busy domiciliary care service based in Barnet. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our care service and providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a team of care workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care is delivered to clientsConduct regular supervisions and appraisals for team members, identifying training and development needsMonitor and maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulationsCreate and maintain care plans for clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are metLiaise with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best possible care is providedConduct risk assessments and implement appropriate measures to ensure the safety of clients and staffHandle any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely mannerParticipate in on-call duties as requiredRequirements:
Previous experience in a leadership role within the care sectorNVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and make effective decisionsKnowledge of relevant legislation and regulationsGood IT skillsMust be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS checkBenefits:
