LD Support Worker

We're working with a leading Learning disabilities charity offering exciting opportunities for an enthusiastic and dedicated person to support care clients in both men & women s services.

You will be joining a team dedicated to providing clients with a safe environment in which you will support and promote independent living and opportunities for positive behaviour

Learning Disabilities Support worker Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care, domestic assistance, and housing-related support.
• Supporting clients in maintaining positive behaviours and independence.
• Safeguarding residents and ensuring a clean, safe environment.
• Facilitating engagement with community activities and providing emotional and physical support.

Learning Disabilities Support worker Requirements:

• Experience in caring for or supporting vulnerable individuals.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive relationships.
• A passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities.
• Capability to demonstrate authority positively and maintain dignity and respect.
