This leading Design and Build company are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to take the lead in crafting compelling visual content that brings their brand and award-winning workplace designs to life. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Designer to shape creative direction across digital, interactive, and print platforms and to play a key role in influencing how our clients experience our work.
In this dynamic, cross-functional role, you ll combine your talents in graphics, motion, and UX design to deliver captivating user-centric content. From creating pitch decks, and interactive presentations to overseeing print-ready artwork and wayfinding systems, you ll bring ideas to life with precision, style, and purpose.
As a Senior team member, you ll also provide day to day support to the Head of Graphic Design and guide Junior Designers to ensure creative excellence and seamless team collaboration:

As a Senior team member, you ll also provide day to day support to the Head of Graphic Design and guide Junior Designers to ensure creative excellence and seamless team collaboration:
What You ll Be Doing:
- Lead Digital Design Projects: Deliver high-impact layouts, infographics, and animated content for client proposals, pitch decks, and presentations
- Motion Design: Bring stories to life through animation, video, and interactive features using Adobe Creative Suite and other tools
- UX Design: Shape user journeys that are intuitive, functional, and beautifully designed, collaborating closely with developers to bring your ideas to life
- Print & Environmental Design: Design brochures, posters, hoardings, and large-scale graphics. Manage relationships with external print vendors to ensure exceptional production quality
- A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of digital, motion, UX, and print work
- Proven experience in a senior graphic design role, ideally within a creative or built environment industry
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
