Site Manager Required

We are seeking an Site Manager with a strong carpentry background for ongoing projects in school and residential refurbishments across Essex and within the M25.

Key Requirements:

• Must have a solid carpentry background
• Ability to run a site independently
• Hands-on approach when needed, and ready to get on the tools
• Previous experience managing school and residential refurbishments
• Full working knowledge of health and safety procedures on-site

Details:

• Location: Essex & within M25
• Rate: 260 per day
• Duration: Ongoing
• Start Date: Early April
