Groups Operations French Speaker

We are super excited to be recruiting for a Senior GROUPS Operations position, with our client, a well-known and established DMC.

Working on a Hybrid model, 3 days per week in the office, you will be supporting the French Market inbound into the UK and Ireland.

They also operate a remote work from anywhere policy after one year service and have lots of incentives for staff!

Senior Groups Operations Executive you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities which include:

• Allocating services with suppliers and in our systems for tour requirements including meals, guides, site entrances, ferries, trains and coaches.
• Maintaining regular contact with suppliers.
• Costing and quotations with your agents in market.
• Responsibility for operational costs for the area.
• Supervising tour itineraries within the region, checking for feasibility and logistics.
• Approving and processing invoices.
• Managing booking requirements: keeping track of assigned group space and special requirements, tracking and notifying any changes.
• Allocating services with suppliers assuring best balance of price and quality, in a timely manner.

Senior Group Operations Executive Skill requirements:

• Proficiency in English AND French Native.
• Good knowledge of UK & Ireland working in Inbound tourism.
• The ability to work under tight deadlines and with budget constraints.
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software products a must.
• Strong negotiation and budget management skills.
• Ability to multi-task projects and responsibilities and strong prioritization skills.
