Rated 'Good' by Ofsted and known for its fantastic reputation, this school boasts an outstanding Early Years team. They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join their Reception class on a fixed-term contract for one year, starting in September 2025 or sooner.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering an engaging and nurturing learning experience for Reception class students. You will be responsible for full teaching duties, including lesson planning, assessment, and supporting children s early development in a stimulating and inclusive environment. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a school that values both educational excellence and the well-being of all students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment where children feel excited and confident to learn.
• Monitor and assess children s progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Implement innovative teaching methods to inspire a love of learning and support the development of key social, emotional, and communication skills.
• Maintain accurate records of children's development and achievements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote a cohesive and inclusive learning environment.

What We re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years education.
• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its practical implementation.
• Passion for early childhood education and creating an outstanding learning experience.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Enhanced DBS check on the update service, or willingness to obtain one.
