Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager - Defence SectorLocation: Surrey Security Clearance: SC / DV requiredJob Type: Full-Time / Contract / Permanent

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver complex defence projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget. You'll work closely with military clients, contractors, and internal teams to manage high-impact programmes in a secure, regulated environment.

• Manage end-to-end project delivery in line with defence standards and requirements.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources across multiple workstreams.

• Maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk registers.

• Ensure compliance with MOD/defence regulations and contractual obligations.

• Engage with stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and manage expectations.

• Proven experience in defence, aerospace, or secure government projects.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Familiar with PRINCE2, APM, or PMP methodologies.

• Eligible for e.g. SC/DV security clearance.

• Background in engineering, systems, or defence logistics.

• Knowledge of Agile, EVM, or ISO 15288 standards.
