Job Overview:
As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a fair and secure examination environment for students. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all exam protocols are followed, facilitating a smooth and efficient examination process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive at the exam venue on time and set up the examination room as per guidelines.
• Distribute exam papers and materials to students.
• Supervise students throughout the exam, ensuring compliance with examination regulations.
• Monitor the examination environment for any irregularities or misconduct.
• Provide support to students as needed, while maintaining a neutral and professional demeanor.
• Collect and securely store completed exam papers at the end of the session.
• Report any issues or incidents to the appropriate school personnel.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions meticulously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• Flexibility to work during busy exam periods (including evenings and weekends if required).
