This is a full-time position, ideal for those with a passion for mental health, behavioural support, or therapeutic education.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:

  • Work closely with students to support their behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement in learning
  • Deliver 1:1 mentoring sessions and in-class support
  • Help implement tailored behavioural strategies and development plans
  • Collaborate with SEN professionals, therapists, and teachers to deliver holistic support
