Responsibilities:

The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities, improving efficiency, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring that operations run smoothly.

Duties will include handling customer inquiries, assisting with inventory management, processing orders, maintaining records, and supporting overall business operations. The Operations Manager will also provide reports to analyse data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
