Seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a background in M&E maintenance to join a family run FM business near Brentwood, Essex.

The ideal Contracts Manager will have experience looking after multiple contracts with strong commercial maintenance knowledge.

The below package is on offer for the right candidate.

• 60,000 base salary (DOE)
• Free travel (Oyster card covering all zones)
