CRM Specialist

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our customer engagement strategy, helping to build lasting relationships with our community and drive commercial success through smart, data-driven CRM campaigns.

The Role:

• Build and deploy newsletters, emails, and SMS campaigns across regions.
• Utilise analytics and customer insights to optimise customer journeys and deliver tailored content
• Brief in campaign assets and manage execution from concept to deployment
• Optimise and refresh trigger campaigns to boost conversions.
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Work alongside other CRM specialists to drive regional growth.
• Drive innovation through test-and-learn initiatives to continually improve CRM performance.

The Candidate:

• 1+ years of experience in CRM or Email Marketing, ideally within retail, fashion, or luxury.
• Proficient with Email Service Platforms.
• Experienced with Google Analytics.
• Skilled in managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Passionate about the fashion industry.
