Job Title: PMO Analyst/ Project Manager
Location: London (3 days onsite)
Contract: until 31st March 2026
Daily Rate: 495/Day (Inside IR35)

Role Overview

As a PMO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and reporting on various projects. You will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with the Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst to meet deadlines.
• Creating detailed technical documentation and managing specific workstreams.
• Communicating effectively across multi-disciplinary teams to lead meetings and document business requirements.
• Identifying risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining project documentation.

What We're Looking For:

• To thrive in this role, you should possess
• Experience in Data management: Governance, Standards, Integration, and Quality is essential.
• Experienced in Basel regulatory is essential.
• Previous exposure to financial services and regulatory frameworks is essential.
• Worked within Project Management and project plan.
• Strong project management and time management abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and Stakeholder Management.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, including presentation capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with an inquisitive mindset and innovative thinking.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, managing multiple deadlines.
• Educational Background: A degree in a relevant field (e.g., science, computer science) that enhances your analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and track project plans and budgets.
• Document and regularly review dependencies, issues, and risk registers.
• Support project reporting and administration tasks, including minute-taking.
• Act as a vital link between business end-users and the Project Manager.
• Ensure the successful delivery of project objectives on time.
