Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, will be responsible for:

• Undertake the maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment.
• This includes service, maintenance, and repair of split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps.
• Required to work on specific refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets / multideck or ice machines.
• Have the opportunity to work across a variety of manufacturer plants, for example, Daikin, Mitsubishi, Media, Toshiba, and LG.
• Understanding installation designs and bespoke manufacturer trouble shooting procedures.
• Comfortable with seeking manufacturer technical support autonomously is desirable.
• You will be expected to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
• Keeping logs of inspections reports and remedial work.

To be successful for this Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer role you must have:

• You must have relevant qualifications e.g., FGAS & ODS regs, time served apprenticeship, C&G Level 3 / NVQ or equivalent.
• Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
• Candidates will have a full current driving licence
• Be willing to participate in an On-Call rota.
• You'll be capable of performing manual tasks, including manual handling.
• Working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Good verbal and written communication are important.
• Ability to use a handheld computer device (PDA).
