Basic Salary: 50,000 - 62,000
Benefits: Structured Progression Opportunity to Directorship with profit share, Car Allowance, Expenses, 10,000- 15,000 performance bonus delivering all projects on time within budget.

REClifts is actively on the hunt for a proven Lift Project Manager in the lift industry to head up passenger lift installations and modernisation works across London and the South East. Their client has a pipeline of 15 new lift engineering projects arranged for 2025 which is ever-increasing.

Lift Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Conducting pre-start and progress meetings.
• Plan and orchestrate site surveys, complying reports and liaising with senior management team.
• Oversee and manage all phases of lift installation projects, from initial planning to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans to meet client requirements and company standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and resolve any concerns.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Lift Project Manager Ideal Candidate:

• This role will require you to have recent and proven experience managing multiple, high value projects simultaneously in the lift industry.
• If you have lift installation and lift modernisation engineering experience and have managed a team of Lift Engineers and subcontractors then your application will be considered.
• The ideal candidate will have an NVQ 3 or NVQ 4 in Lift Engineering
