About the Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant you will:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Work one-on-one and in small groups with students to enhance learning.
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
• Gain hands-on experience in a school setting while developing essential skills.
• Receive ongoing training and mentoring to prepare for a long-term role in education.

About You:

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have a passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Are eager to learn and committed to professional growth.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (preferred but not essential).
• Are proactive, patient, and adaptable.
