Director of Housing and Customer Services Location: London (Cally Yard, Kings Cross)
Salary: Circa £95K At Look Ahead,

As Director of Housing and Customer Services, you'll play a key role in shaping how we deliver on that belief across our housing portfolio. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for ensuring our housing and customer services are inclusive, responsive, and of the highest quality. You'll lead a broad remit that includes tenancy and income management, landlord and agency services, and customer experience. Your work will help ensure the customer voice is embedded in everything we do.
We're particularly keen to hear from candidates with a strong track record in supported housing leadership, and a deep understanding of the regulatory and operational landscape.
Your impact will include:
Shaping and delivering a customer-first housing strategy
Leading tenancy, income, and landlord services with a focus on quality and compliance
Embedding customer voice and co-production across service design and delivery
Driving continuous improvement through data, insight, and feedback
Representing Look Ahead externally and influencing sector-wide conversations
Supporting a culture of learning, collaboration, and high performance
