We're working with a highly regarded independent agency looking for a talented Senior Lettings Advisor to join their growing team in a brand-new, state-of-the-art office. About the Role As a Senior Lettings Advisor, you'll take ownership of the full lettings process - from carrying out valuations and winning instructions to matching tenants and delivering a first-class client experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking, community-focused agency with a strong local reputation.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Manage the lettings process from start to finish with professionalism and attention to detail
• Work closely with a motivated and supportive team to achieve personal and branch targets
• Contribute ideas and energy to help grow the business further

About You

• Proven experience in lettings valuations is essential
• Strong knowledge of the East London market (Hackney, Walthamstow, Leyton, etc.)
• Confident, driven, and personable with excellent negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Full UK driving licence
