Locum Physio Private - MSK orthopaedics Milton Keynes - £31PAYE

Location: Private Hospital - Milton KeynesRate: £31.00 per hour (PAYE) Inside IR35Start Date: 20th October 2025 Duration: 8 weeks ongoing Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm

Eden Brown Synergy are working with a leading private hospital in the Milton Keynes area to source an experienced Physiotherapist for a short-term assignment covering staff sickness within the Physiotherapy Department.

You will manage a mixed caseload of post-operative and general MSK outpatients, providing high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy interventions. Experience within inpatient orthopaedics would be advantageous but is not essential.

• Deliver comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and rehabilitation for post-operative and MSK patients.

• Work collaboratively with consultants and the wider multidisciplinary team.

• Manage a varied outpatient caseload with occasional inpatient support.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to service protocols.

• Provide a consistently high standard of patient-centred care.

• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.

• Proven experience in MSK and/or orthopaedic physiotherapy (outpatient or inpatient).

• Excellent clinical reasoning, communication, and time management skills.

• Ability to work autonomously within a busy private healthcare environment.

• Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm (30+ hours per week)

• Rate: £31.00 per hour (PAYE)

  • £34.00 per hour - Saturdays/Nights

  • £35.00 per hour - Bank Holidays

• Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
