Nursery Assistant - Primary School (Kingston upon Thames, KT5)

Location: Kingston upon Thames, KT5
Pay: 95 - 105 per day
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Hours: Shift patterns between 7:30am - 6:00pm

Are you a passionate and dedicated Nursery Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a primary school setting? Long Term Futures is seeking an experienced Nursery Assistant to join a supportive and welcoming school in Kingston upon Thames.

The Role:

• Supporting children in the Nursery and Reception classes, ensuring a nurturing and stimulating environment.
• Working closely with teachers and early years staff to deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Encouraging the social, emotional, and educational development of young learners.
• Assisting with daily routines, including snack times, toileting, and play-based learning.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working in a primary school nursery or reception setting.
• A warm and patient approach, with strong communication skills.
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to children's development.
