A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Southwark is seeking a committed Behaviour Mentor to work 1:1 with a Year 4 pupil. This is an exciting chance to be part of a nurturing school environment and play a vital role in a child's personal and academic development.

The Role:

• Provide focused 1:1 support for a Year 4 child with SEMH needs
• Implement bespoke strategies to promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Foster a strong, consistent relationship to help build confidence and self-esteem
• Collaborate with the SENDCo, classroom staff, and pastoral team to ensure joined-up support
• Respond to behavioural challenges with calm, resilience, and structure

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience working with children with SEMH needs or similar behavioural challenges
• Confident and calm when supporting complex behaviour in a school setting
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships
• Solid understanding of de-escalation techniques and tailored support strategies
• School-based experience preferred
