Programme Coordinator (known internally as Delivery Officer)
Location: Remote + 2 days per week in Paddington, London Office

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to join Circl as a Programme Coordinator / Delivery Officer. In this role, you ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of our programmes.

Position Overview
As a Delivery Officer, you ll manage multiple programmes from start to finish, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for all participants.
Programme Delivery & Participant Engagement:
- Interview and onboard Future Leaders.
- Organise and host launch events.
- Act as the main point of contact for participants (Professionals and Future Leaders), coordinating programme activities and keeping them informed.
- Support facilitators in running group sessions, ensuring smooth operations (e.g. breakout rooms; tech support).
- Monitor attendance, engagement and 121 progress, ensuring participants stay on track.
- Gather and review feedback, taking a data-driven approach to identifying potential improvements and sharing insights with the team.
Process & Relationship Management:
- Proactively keep the wider team updated on programme progress and collaborate closely with colleagues managing client relationships.
- Build strong relationships with Future Leaders, business professionals, facilitators, and the team internally.
- Document and improve day-to-day operations and processes, driving efficiency and best practices.

- Experience in an office-style environment Some exposure to professional settings, with confidence in email management, scheduling and coordination, and comfortable with digital tools such as Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms.
- Highly organised Able to manage multiple tasks, ensure smooth coordination of programmes, and pay close attention to details.
- Strong communicator Confident in engaging with professionals and young people, both in writing and when presenting.
- Adaptable & Proactive Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities with ease.
- Team player Works collaboratively in a hybrid, close-knit team, supporting colleagues proactively.
- Self-Starter Takes initiative and works independently to achieve goals.

Nice-to-Haves:
- 1-2+ years experience in programme support, learning delivery, or administration, ideally in education and training, social enterprise, non-profit, or corporate learning environments.
- Experience in organising, coordinating or managing projects, programmes, or events.
- Experience working with young adults.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- A keen eye for process improvement to enhance programme delivery.
- Commercially Aware Seeks to understand our social enterprise model and its impact.
