A leading safety training provider with an office based in London require a PMO/Project Manager to join their team on a temp basis for a period of 4 weeks, this role is full remote and could be extended.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience managing projects to budget, agreed times and quality
• PMO or Project Manager experience essential
• Previous experience in using Smartsheet hugely beneficial
• Experience in managing multiple large and complex projects simultaneously
• Liaising with many different stakeholders, suppliers and delegating tasks to project participants
• Overseeing the population of project backlogs, and ensure good standards in requirements and project documentation

• Overseeing the project approval process
• Monitoring program and project progress and holding projects to account
• Escalating risks and issues when needed
• Manage the central resource planning and issues across the portfolio

Skills and qualification required:

• Degree level qualification with a recognised project management certification (PRINCE2, APMG, Agile etc.) essential
• Advanced with MS office suite Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing
• Logical and analytical thinker
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and drive for consistency
• Highly organised with strong interpersonal skills
