Field Repair EngineerSalary £31,200 Location: Kent and surrounding areasLloyd Recruitment Services is working with a leading building services supplier seeking a hands-on Field Repair Engineer to support residential customers across Kent and surrounding areas.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role, ideal for someone with strong practical skills. Previous experience in a similar repair or installation environment is welcome, but full training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and transferable skills.Reporting to the Branch Manager and working closely with a team of experienced installers, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance on residential mechanical and installation-based products. You will work independently on site while representing the business in a professional and friendly manner.

This is a varied and rewarding role offering long-term stability and progression.

Field Repair Engineer Key Responsibilities:

• Strong practical and manual skills
• Full clean driving licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Field Repair Engineer Requirements:

• A full UK driving licence
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Physically able to carry out manual handling tasks
• Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Someone proactive, reliable, and able to use their own initiative
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
