We are currently working with a nursery in Ongar who are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join their team in a lovely village in Ongar, Essex. Enjoy the charm of the countryside while making a positive impact in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to ensure high-quality care and education
• Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development
• Maintain a safe and stimulating environment for children
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in childcare or early years education (Minimum Level 3)
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for working with children and fostering their development
