Our client is currently looking for a Housing Surveyor to join their team in Bedfordshire on a permanent basis.

In this role as a Housing Surveyor you will work as part of our busy Repairs, Voids and Maintenance team, creating the best place to live for our residents by overseeing the required maintenance. This role is to inspect, and project manage the rectification of properties. You will carry out inspections of homes to prioritise repairs (major/minor), adaptation and improvement work.

Responsibilities will include:

• Surveying properties to identify defects and works.
• Order works using contracted schedule of rates.
• Oversee Contractor and respond to operational enquiries.
• Monitor quality of programme of works
