• Leading and developing your team motivating, mentoring, and building a high-performing culture.
  
  

• Ensuring maximum reliability and performance across all assets in your area using CMMS and planned maintenance to minimise downtime and drive efficiency.
  
  

• Building strong relationships with Production and Health & Safety teams promoting a collaborative and safe working environment.
  
  

• Taking responsibility for life cycle asset management, capital investment plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

• Playing a hands-on role in delivering major upgrade and automation projects as the site continues to evolve.
  
  

• Experience managing an engineering team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment (food experience would be a bonus, but not essential).
  
  

• A solid understanding of planned maintenance, asset care, and driving OEE improvement.
  
  

• A collaborative leadership style with great communication skills someone who leads by example.
  
  

• Ideally, hands-on experience across areas like pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical maintenance, and steam systems.
  
  

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering, plus a good working knowledge of Health & Safety practices.
