• Provide high-quality secretarial support to medical professionals
• Manage patient records and correspondence efficiently
• Schedule appointments and manage diaries
• Liaise with patients, staff, and external stakeholders

• Previous experience in a medical secretary role
• Strong typing and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Familiarity with medical terminology and systems (e.g., EMIS, SystmOne) is desirable
