Forklift Driver - Temp to perm

We are currently recruiting for a temp to perm forklift warehouse operative to work for a manufacturing company based in Leighton Buzzard. Ideally, candidates will have valid licences for a Pivot Steer FLT, however, a Counterbalance FLT is essential.

Working Hours:

• 06:00 - 15:00pm, 09:00 - 18:00pm or 13:00pm - 22:00pm that rotate 6 days on then 3 days off.

Location:

• Leighton Buzzard.

Contract Type:

• Temp to perm.

Duties:

• Operating an FLT (Pivot Steer or Counterbalance). Safely operating a forklift to load and unload materials, manoeuvre goods, and transport products within the site.
• Supporting with goods in and goods out. Checking deliveries, conducting stock checks, maintaining accurate records using scanners, and organizing stock.
• Using WMS operating programmes.
• Working to deadlines and KPI's.
• Adhering to health & safety processes.
• General warehouse duties.

Skills & Experience:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence - essential.
• Pivot Steer FLT licence - desirable.
• Previous warehouse experience - essential.
• Strong computer skills.
• Willing and able to work shifts, including weekends.
