They are seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join their Property & Asset Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage prestigious Central London assets and work closely with high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for clients, building trusted relationships
- Manage lease compliance, occupier applications and technical or operational queries
- Oversee financial performance and service charge management in line with RICS standards
- Drive sustainability and ESG initiatives across the managed portfolio
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure exceptional presentation standards
- Lead property transitions, acquisitions support, due diligence and reporting for stakeholders
- Champion occupier engagement, customer experience and compliance with health, safety and insurance requirements
Key Requirements
- MRICS qualification (preferred) with 3+ years' property management experience
- Strong background managing Central London assets
- Commercially astute with proven financial management skills
- Excellent client relationship management and communication abilities
- Confident in using property management systems and other IT platforms
- Capable of strategic thinking, problem-solving and mentoring junior team members
