Senior Supporter Care Coordinator

Salary: £33,048
Contract: Permanent - 35 hrs per week
Location: London, Old Street - 2 days per week
Closing date: 25th May

We have a great opportunity for a Senior Supporter Care Co-Ordinator, working with The Children s Society. This role will be working within the customer care team that provides warm and dedicated assistance to the charity's supporters.

This is busy, multi-faceted role where you will be inspiring and leading other members of the team, processing and thanking donations to agreed deadlines, engaging with supporters and fellow staff members through a variety of different channels, and championing and adhering to data protection and fundraising compliance.

As part of this exciting role, you will be part of a friendly team, ensuring that supporter correspondence is responded to promptly and in a warm and engaging manner.
To be successful as the Senior Supporter Care Co-Ordinator, you will need:

• Experience working in a customer-facing environment
• A real pride in your work and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills across all channels
