To be considered for the role of Nursery Manager you will have:

• Level 3 relevant childcare qualification (or above)
• Good knowledge of Ofsted & the EYFS
• Previous Management experience (Third in Charge, Experienced Room Leader, Deputy Nursery Manager)
• Ability to motivate, inspire and lead a passionate childcare professional team
• Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude
