Job role: Electrician

Location: Various commercial and retail sites across Hemel Hempstead - Watford - Uxbridge - St Albans other areas when required

Salary: basic £40k to 45kpa - based on 40hr week

£50,000 - £60,000 achievable with overtime

Overtime paid at time and a half / double time

The Role:

You will be responsible for covering reactive call outs on electrical basis for clients based in hospitality and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding and attending reactive repairs within SLA's and KPI's
• Logging all details of the job on hand held device applications for further action
• Work independently performing fault analysis and repair
• Communication with clients and colleagues providing technical support where required
• Supporting team and making sure all works are carried out safely and according to regulations
• Proactive approach to Health and Safety at all the times

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications NVQ level 3 or higher
• 18th Edition is essential
• Testing & Installing experience
• Ability to work at height
• Ideally be IPAF and MEWP trained and qualified, however not essential as training can be provided
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Willing to work some weekends and overtime as required

Working hours 40hrs per week + travel time. Out off hours availability required based on agreed duty engineer rota with a minimum requirement to be on call once per calendar month.
