Unqualified teachers & cover supervisors

We are currently recruiting for a secondary cover supervisor or unqualified teacher to assist at a large Secondary School in Barnet for a few months over the Summer Term. There is flexibility in the number of days needed, and a possibility to continue working at additional schools in the area after the placement has finished. A perfect way to build your experience in teaching if you are planning a career in education!

The role

• Regular Cover Supervisor work starting from April
• 1 to 5 days per week to suit you
• Delivering assigned lesson plans in a structured manner planning provided
• School hours only
• No planning or marking required
• Up to date classroom and behavioural management techniques

The ideal applicant

• No need to hold a relevant teaching qualification
• A passion for working with children and inspiring young minds
• Proven experience working with children in a training or tutoring capacity
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be strong in behaviour management, facilitating the best learning environments in the classroom
• An Enhanced working with children DBS or the ability to apply for one through us.
