About the Role - We are currently looking for an Account Manager to work with a well known haircare & beauty brand. As a hybrid position, you must be able to travel to the client (the Hair/beauty brand) in South West London twice per week.

The Account Manager will have worked within either a Design agency or Production House previously across print Design channels, but predominantly we are looking for experience in store Permanent Point of Sale fixtures (as opposed to temporary POS) and handling the print and technical elements of semi permanent and permanent structures. You will have experience of both conceptual and structural design for point of sale.

In a nutshell, you need to have Account managed end to end, fast paced POS projects for FMCG retail brands.

Beauty sector experience (in addition to POS for FMCG/Retail) is a bonus.

You will work closely with clients, suppliers and internal contacts to deliver services to our customers professionally, to specification and on time. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service through excellent customer service and product delivery. You will develop and maintain a strong relationship with key client stakeholders at all levels and you will propose and deliver all company solutions. The Account Manager is required to remain in contact with suppliers and clients and is responsible for taking ownership of the relationship and developing it further. The Account Manager is required to negotiate costings and timescales for each job and selecting the most appropriate supplier.

Required Skills

  • Experience in a client facing role
  • High level of technical print knowledge with detailed understanding of different techniques
  • Highly versed in handling the print and technical elements of semi permanent and permanent structures
  • Experience of both conceptual and structural design
  • Experience in POS conceptual to execution
  • Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaign solutions
  • Account management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators)
  • Previous experience working in print management/marketing print procurement
  • Numerate with a strong commercial understanding
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Able to prioritise workload in a high energy environment
  • Is professional, helpful, courteous and calm under pressure
  • Approachable and confident to offer advice in meetings
  • Has a project management mind-set
  • Process driven, with an eye to sales and business development
  • Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations
  • Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measure
