We are seeking exceptional leaders to join our global network of schools as Head of Primary. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape outstanding learning environments and make a lasting impact within our international community.

In this role, you will:

• Set and lead the strategic direction of the Primary School, driving academic excellence and student wellbeing.
• Inspire and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Champion innovation in teaching and learning, embedding evidence-based practices and global citizenship.
• Engage with parents and the wider community to build trust and enhance the school's reputation.
• Ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and effective budget management.
