A Sous Chef is required for this large 4-Star Hotel. The hotel has a fresh food restaurant and caters for a variety of functions. They are looking for a Sous Chef who can cook to a high standard and someone who is looking to join a brigade who are aiming for the best. You will be a passionate, talented, and hardworking Sous Chef and have the drive and determination to help support this professional brigade.

All produce is sourced locally using only the finest and freshest ingredients. The menu is also seasonal therefore you will increase your knowledge due to working on a regular changing menu.

Ideally you will be at a Sous Chef level with good experience in a high-volume quality kitchen/rosette experience. You must be flexible to work on all sections as required and can train junior chefs on each section. As Sous Chef you will work closely with the Head Chef. You must have good kitchen management skills and be committed to always providing a high level of cuisine and service.
