An exciting opportunity for a Cloud Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations to join a forward-thinking IT services team in Central London.

SALARY: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum + Benefits (see below)

LOCATION: Hybrid. Working 3 days from the City of London office (Farringdon / Chancery Lane EC1N) and 2 days from home

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

As a Cloud Engineer, you will take ownership of technical rollouts, migrations, and client onboarding projects.

Working within a collaborative, growing team, the Cloud Engineer will support diverse clients across professional services sectors. You will be involved in configuring end-user devices, managing Entra ID, and troubleshooting issues across Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Cloud Engineer include:

• Configure User Devices: Set up and enrol user endpoints in Intune and Entra ID Conditional Access
• Lead Data Migrations: Manage SharePoint and OneDrive migrations and operating system upgrades
• Provide Technical Support: Troubleshoot Intune enrolment issues across multiple platforms including Windows, Mac, Android, and iPhone
• Client Onboarding: Deliver seamless system migration support and onboarding for new users
• Collaborate With Teams: Work closely with colleagues through training and mentorship programmes
• Maintain Standards: Ensure best practice in device management and cloud configuration
• Onsite Visits: Build strong client relationships through regular onsite interactions
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Microsoft cloud solutions and certification pathways

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Technical Knowledge: Proven skills in Windows and Mac troubleshooting within professional IT environments
• Cloud Expertise: Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune device management
• Customer Focus: A commitment to exceptional client service and communication
• Qualifications: Working towards or holding Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop or Enterprise Administrator certification
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a desire for learning and progression
• Organisation: Ability to manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines
