The postholder will have the opportunity to create and lead marketing campaigns across their key audiences, whilst leading on the delivery of all marketing activity. There is an emphasis on utilising the relevant social media channels to increase digital opportunities, so prior experience in this area will be sought after.

Responsibilities

• Create content for the website, social media, case studies, and marketing materials in collaboration with the Directors and team to ensure relevant messaging.
• Oversee ongoing marketing campaigns and social media initiatives.
• Evaluate and report on marketing performance, offering insights and suggestions for improvement.
• Consistently generate fresh ideas and actively contribute to the marketing strategy and business growth.

Key Requirements

• Strong enthusiasm for digital marketing and social media, with the ability to generate tangible ROI from marketing efforts.
• A proactive, independent worker who thrives in a collaborative, expanding team environment.
• Exceptional organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A degree or qualification in marketing (preferred, yet not required).

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for their first marketing opportunity, alternatively this could work for someone who is a few years into their careers. The role is a hybrid structure, with 4 days based in the office, and 1 from home. Due to the location of the office, the position is commutable from Watford, Ruislip, Harrow, Uxbridge, Chalfont Saint Giles, Bushey and Amersham.
